We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your participation in a tour or activity booked through the App. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any tour or activity, and we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the content of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your booking of a tour or activity through the App, or your violation of these Terms.
